Working Group
WG1 — Visualising and modelling biological processes
WG1 makes recent breakthroughs in microscopy, image analysis and modelling accessible across nematode research communities.
Remit
The visualisation of biological processes has undergone tremendous development, from single-molecule and super-resolution microscopy to large-scale tiled live imaging of entire organisms. WG1 focuses on making these methods, together with image analysis and biophysical modelling, available to all nematode research communities.
